Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the dayzero.run website, API, d0 CLI, hosting, tunnel, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and API token, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or token has been compromised.

Your projects

You keep ownership of the code, files, and other content you deploy. You give dayzero.run permission to store, process, copy, and serve that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights to deploy your content.

Acceptable use

You may not use dayzero.run to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, attack or probe systems without permission, send spam, impersonate others, evade service limits, or host content that creates unreasonable risk for users or the service.

Plans, limits, and changes

Features, quotas, and prices are described on the pricing page. Early-access features may change, experience interruptions, or be removed. We may apply reasonable limits to protect reliability and may provide notice before material paid-plan changes when practical.

Public and private access

Public projects are available to anyone with the URL. A private project’s 6-digit code provides simple sharing control, not high-assurance authentication. You are responsible for choosing what information is appropriate to deploy.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, unpaid fees, or a material violation of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Service availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, dayzero.run disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or that every project is suitable for the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, dayzero.run will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid dayzero.run during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to hello@dayzero.run.
